Returns and Exchanges
Good News Bookshop offers a no-nonsense, hassle-free approach to returns and exchanges if you changed your mind about something you’ve bought or the item that you received is not as described or faulty.
There are some exceptions which are noted below.
Unless faulty we cannot accept returns, or issue refunds for Dated Materials (including dated periodicals), earrings, foodstuffs (including Altar Breads, Chocolate and Communion Wine).
Unwanted Goods
You may return most products to us at any time up to 30 day after you receive them. Cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days.
We require that any goods returned to us have been shown reasonable care while in your possession. You will need to pay for any delivery/postage charges.
Delivery charges for posting your order out to you will only be refunded on faulty or damaged items. The amount refunded for postage would be cost of 2nd class postage rate. Any additional delivery service selected will be taken as an agreement of a separate contract and cannot be refunded after dispatch.
CDs and DVDs can only be returned if they were dispatched to you in a shrink-wrapped or sealed package and are returned in the same unopened condition. Many of these products are not produced in sealed packaging and therefore cannot be returned unless they are faulty for copyright reasons.
Please ensure that you obtain authorisation for all returns, without authorisation we will be unable to process your return and the goods will be sent back to you.
