Free Standard Delivery is now available on all orders over £15 with UK Super Saver delivery priced at just £2.99 for orders under £15.
Delivery costs change from country to country and may change dependant on which region in the UK you live.
Free Standard UK Delivery is provided through the Whistl 2nd Class service with most in stock orders dispatched from our shop within 24 hours, except the orders placed on the weekends. Whistl aims to deliver 98.5% of Second-class mail within 3 working days after we have dispatched it. We allow for 3 – 5 days on our checkout estimates to reflect this. For Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands this service may take between 1-2 days longer on top of the service you select.
If you need your items in a hurry you will have options to choose:
1st Class Delivery – £3.95 for orders under £35 or £5.50 for orders of £35 and usually delivered 2 days after dispatch from our warehouse. We allow for 2-3 days on our checkout estimates to reflect this.
Next Day Delivery – £7.95 (Next delivery on the day stated at the checkout if ordered before 3pm or the following day if after 3pm, provided all items are in stock in our warehouse).
Any additional delivery service selected will be taken as an agreement of a separate contract and cannot be refunded after dispatch.
UK orders for goods with a total value of £15 or more currently qualify for Free UK delivery as detailed above.
Orders for less than £15 will cost £2.99 for delivery and be delivered by Whistl’s 2nd Class Service unless another delivery service has been selected.
