Rendezvous with Life by Uta Vessey

Having turned her back on her own unmet childhood needs she embarks on a self-sacrificial course to repair the lives of others. This confronts her with her own issues and begins a healing journey, which eventually compels her to visit the land where she grew up. There she experiences the healing of a deep sense of abandonment in her encounter with God. 

Seeking and finding beauty in a tangible thread weaving its way through this book, which is one of the reasons it is such a delight to read.
